Studio canvas

Position a watermark maskUse a generator preset, or drag the mask on the canvas and pull its bottom-right corner to resize.
Choose a removal modeTexture patch clone samples nearby background; border trim crops the outer margin; gradient infill fills from surrounding colour.
Compare before and afterSwitch to split view and drag the divider to inspect the reconstruction against the original.
Export optionsExport scrubbed original keeps pixels byte-identical. Export image re-encodes the canvas including any masking.

Troubleshooting

My file says "unsupported"

Only PNG and JPEG can be rewritten losslessly in a browser. WebP and video containers can be inspected, but export a frame instead of a full file.

No metadata was found

That is a real result, not a failure. Many files have already been stripped — by a social platform on upload, or by an editor that re-saved them.

The mask did not remove the watermark cleanly

Try a different removal mode. Texture clone needs clean background beside the mask; gradient infill copes better with smooth areas; border trim is best when the mark sits in an outer margin.

My video exported as a PNG

That is expected. Browsers cannot re-encode video efficiently, so video export writes the current frame. Use a desktop editor for a re-encoded clip.

Colours look different after another tool

Check whether that tool stripped your ICC profile. PurifyAI deliberately preserves it for exactly this reason.
