No File Storage

Your images and videos are never uploaded to our servers. All media processing happens exclusively within your browser using WebAssembly. Files exist only in your device's memory during processing and are discarded immediately after.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or behavioral profiling on our tools pages. We use minimal, privacy-preserving analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns only.

Account Data

If you create an account, we store your email address, hashed password, and subscription status. We never share this with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our free tools without an account, we collect no personal information. If you create an account, we collect: your email address, encrypted password hash, and subscription plan. We do not collect payment details directly — Stripe handles all payment processing.

2. How We Use Information

Your email is used solely for: account authentication, password reset, and important product updates (you may unsubscribe at any time). We never use your email for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Local Processing

All file processing (watermark removal, metadata scrubbing, C2PA stripping) is performed entirely within your browser using WebAssembly technology. Files are loaded into browser memory only and are garbage collected after processing. No file data is transmitted to PurifyAI servers.

4. Browser Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to save your tool preferences and processing history (filenames and timestamps only). This data is stored on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time via your browser settings.

5. Cookies

We use one session cookie for authentication when you are logged in. This cookie expires when you log out or after 30 days of inactivity. We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@purifyai.app or using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible, and we process all requests within 30 days.
